All content in the game and on our website — including but not limited to graphics, text, music, sound effects, game mechanics, logos, and the "Idle Beers Over the Years" name — is owned by or licensed to Tipsy Wizard Studios LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

When using our website or contacting us, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users or our team
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

The game is free to download and play. If we offer optional in-app purchases in the future, all purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as provided by the relevant app store platform (Apple App Store or Google Play).

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or remove any in-app purchase items at any time.

THE GAME AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TIPSY WIZARD STUDIOS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE GAME OR WEBSITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $10 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the game or website at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the game immediately ceases.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Tipsy Wizard Studios LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in that state.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the game or website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
